The overnight front desk is very friendly and helpful. Got there late, already had my reservarion, just had ti check in. Room was clean, a lot of parking space. Room were misisng towels had to go to front desde to ask for some. They give you hygiene essentials when staying.

1 night stay to enjoy the Magic of Lights at Alabama Adventures water park. Hotel less than 15min from our destination. And only 16min from Birmingham. SUPER CLEAN!!!! Fresh great smell when walking in the room. Free hot, good breakfast. Of course season it to your liking. Had complimentary cookies upon arriving and travel to go kits for those checking out early morning. Customer service welcoming. Lady at breakfast offered to wrap my plate so I could take my food to my room.. NEVER experienced that kindness before. Definitely will be back. Just be prepared to hear through the wall or upstairs.. No Complaints

I stay at Hampton Inn any time I need to rent a room, the staff are always extremely friendly and accommodating, the rooms are always clean, spacious and welcoming. They are pet friendly which is a huge plus for me, my fur babies are always welcome and treated well. The breakfast is amazing with lots of choices to satisfy everyone in your party. There is always fresh coffee and hot chocolate available in the lobby and there’s coffee in the room as well. There have been several times I’ve checked in and been offered a goody bag with a bottle of water and snacks and sometimes have been offered fresh baked cookies. The only negative thing I’ve found is the price of drinks and snacks if you buy them in their mini-market but I do love the convenience of having the mini-market so if you’ve forgotten your toothpaste or other essentials, they are available there. There is always ample desk space with USB plugs located on the nightstands, desk and dresser making it very convenient to charge your tech devices. Overall, a wonderful place stay.

Both desk clerks I dealt with were friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast offered a variety of items and there were lots of tables available. The location was easy to get to from the interstate. We will definitely stay here again when in the area!

“Super Clean, Super Cozy, and Super Friendly (with one surprise guest)” I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel, and let me just say—it was spotless. The room was so clean and comfortable, I was tempted to cancel my plans and just lounge in the fluffy bed forever. The amenities? Top-notch. The pillows felt like they were stuffed with baby clouds, and the water pressure in the shower could revive a small plant. The real stars of the show, though, were the staff. Everyone I encountered was genuinely kind and welcoming. They made check-in a breeze and always had a smile, like they’d just come from a motivational TED Talk. I felt taken care of in the best way. Now, I do have to mention one uninvited guest—a small silverfish in the bathroom. I named him Gerald. He was harmless, probably just checking in to admire the tile work. We had a brief staring contest before he skittered off, clearly not a fan of confrontation. Honestly, he added a little character to the stay. No biggie—Gerald wasn’t paying, and he didn’t touch the mini-bar. All in all, I’d absolutely stay here again (hopefully without my six-legged acquaintance). If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and friendly hotel experience, this is the place.

Absolutely love this hotel!! Staff treats you like family. My daughter forgot her iPad and they shipped it to us the next day! Will be back soon!

I had such a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Bessemer, Alabama! From the moment I arrived, Mr. Dalvin, the front desk manager, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable—truly one of the best check-in experiences I’ve ever had. He made sure I was well taken care of and accommodated perfectly. The suite I stayed in was absolutely beautiful—spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything in the room worked perfectly, and the cleanliness and attention to detail were outstanding. I loved the view from my room, and it really made my stay extra special. This has to be one of the best Hampton Inns by Hilton I’ve stayed at in a very long time. Everything was neat, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, which shows the pride the staff takes in this hotel. I’m so grateful for the hospitality and the quality of my stay. Highly recommend this property to anyone traveling through the area—you won’t be disappointed!

***CLONE FRONT DESK ATTENDANT JEREMIAH HARRIS IF YOU'RE SMART*** After checking in at the front desk my wife and I went to our room. While the room was immaculate and exceptionally nice it didn't have a walk in shower (which my wife has a thing for). I went to the front desk and asked for a room that had one. The front desk attendant, Jeremiah Harris, literally apologized, excused himself and went searching through the available rooms to find one with a walk in shower. I was impressed with the seriousness of service that the young man exhibited without complaint or hesitation to fulfill. We had just gone to three of the other "top rated" hotels in the area, and the staff there were either shifty in nature or made it seem like getting us info about the rooms took an act of congress. Hampton hired the right person to get repeat business from me.
